Warranty

Covers workmanship and materials for one year from the date of closing.

Protects the home’s slab and framing for ten years. Please note that the driveway, sidewalks, and porches are not included under this structural warranty.

Each home comes with a starter yard. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on landscaping or the yard. Homeowners are responsible for lawn establishment and maintenance, including seeding, watering, and fertilizing as needed to promote healthy growth.
